At AXIS Foils, we are committed to your performance on the water; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unused gear in its original packaging within 30 days.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Gear

  Ensure all foil components, wings, and hardware are securely packed in their original protective cases and shipping box to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our system and attach it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our technicians verify the equipment is in new, resellable condition, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 5 business days.
